Antonine Court has been run by Drumchapel Disabled Action 2 Ltd for over 16 years now, delivering a Care / Resource facility to adults with physical disabilities. Antonine Court is a purpose built centre offering excellent facilities for local people with Care Staff to deliver a range of services with a personalised touch.
The carers and families of the service users also benefit significantly as they are free to seek education, training and employment opportunities as well as important time to themselves, free from the constraints of constantly caring for another.
Access to Antonine Court compensates for a range of problems which local people who are disabled face including isolation, lack of facilities within homes to meet their needs and access issues. In addition Antonine Court positively seeks to improve the lives of users through its care and service provision so that people can live in their own homes for longer.
Many of our service users present complex needs and or chronic disease management; others may require high levels of support due to brain trauma sustained through stroke or heart attack, others were born with their disability.
We aim to offer engagement through a wide choice of enjoyable activities. These are available at different times of the day to meet your requirements and you will be able to create your own individual activities plan.
Our trained Day Centre Officer's will enable you to explore different methods of communication, practice current skills and explore new and emerging skills within the programme.
We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality of care whilst maintaining the focus on supporting you to achieve you personal development goals.
All staff are CRB checked and trained in differing fields including:-
