Ladies Group

This group takes place in the Lounge area and is supported by 2 staff members.

The ladies enjoy this group as it gives them time for relaxation and time to be pampered.

This includes facials, manicures, polishes and hand massages, this is a very therapeutic activity which boosts self esteem, confidence and social interaction.

This activity gives the group the opportunity to relax and listen to music, the group particularly enjoy the interaction with the staff as it also given them the opportunity for ladies to open up to staff with regards to any woman's health issues.
